  • Have at least 5 years of experience, confirmed by occupational health and industrial safety audits conducted outside the CIS — up to 15 pts
  • Have conducted occupational health, industrial safety and environmental management system audits over the last 5 years in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 — up to 10 pts
  • Carry out soil and water sampling, instrumental measurement of ambient air quality, and metrological witnessing of measuring instruments and results for environmental monitoring — up to 10 pts
  • Submit CVs of key specialists planned for the works, signed by the contractor's head and certified with the organization's seal — up to 4 pts
  • Project team includes specialists familiar with Uzbek legislation and occupational health and industrial safety requirements, with experience at hazardous production facilities of hazard classes I, II and III — up to 4 pts
  • Project team includes specialists able to diagnose and assess safety culture levels using internationally recognized methodologies such as DuPont, Hearts & Minds and other relevant methods — up to 4 pts
  • Project team includes an expert with relevant expertise and practical experience in managing atmospheric emissions and water resources — up to 3 pts
  • Project team includes an expert with practical experience assessing compliance with the EU IED Directive and BAT/BREF reference requirements — up to 10 pts
  • The contractor's project team will be assessed for specialists holding the following international certifications: IEMA; ISO 14001 Lead Auditor; ISO 45001 Lead Auditor; NEBOSH; IOSH — up to 10 pts
