  • Requirements for the necessary equipment, tools and technological means required to perform the works or provide the services. For example, to perform construction works, participants must have the relevant machinery and mechanisms — up to 10 pts
  • Requirements for the safety of works and services and their results. If the contractor is required to insure liability towards third parties during contract performance or the services provided are — up to 25 pts
  • Requirements for the availability of qualified specialists required to perform the works or provide the services, either employed or engaged under contract — up to 15 pts
  • Requirement to specify the warranty period for the quality of works and service results — up to 10 pts
  • Requirements for the scope of quality guarantees for works and services (the most favorable or clearly defined obligations required from the contractor by the state customer during the warranty period) — up to 10 pts
