  • Requirements for the necessary equipment, tools and technological means required to perform the works or provide the services. For example, to perform construction works, participants must have the relevant machinery and mechanisms — up to 10 pts
  • Requirements for the safety of works and services and their results. If the contractor is required to insure liability towards third parties during contract performance or the services provided are — up to 10 pts
  • Requirements for insurance in works and services — up to 10 pts
